Eligibility. Open to owners, partners and managers, 18 or older, of roofing companies operating in the United States. Employees of Convert Peak and their immediate families are not eligible.
Entry period. — through — at 11:59 PM Arizona time.
How to enter. Submit the entry form on this page. One entry per company. Incomplete, duplicate or automated entries are void. The optional voice introduction offered after entry is not required to enter or to win.
Selection. This is a judged contest, not a random drawing. Convert Peak selects the winner on three criteria: whether the entrant is an operating roofing company; whether its main business line receives calls daily; and its willingness to run the AI receptionist on that line and allow its 30-day results to be published. Entries that include the voice introduction are reviewed first. Decisions are final.
Notification. The winner is announced on or about — on the Convert Peak Facebook Page and contacted by phone and email. The winner must respond within 72 hours of first contact, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize. One Phonetix AI receptionist installation: setup on one business phone line, 1,000 minutes of call time, a go-live walkthrough and 30 days of support. Approximate retail value $1,500. No cash value. Not transferable. Additional minutes, lines or features are not included.
Winner's obligations. Install the AI receptionist on the company's main business line within 30 days of acceptance; take part in one go-live call; and allow Convert Peak to publish the company name and 30-day results (calls answered, appointments booked and calls transferred live) in posts, advertising and case studies, whatever the results.
Taxes. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Privacy. Information submitted is used to run the giveaway and, where you have consented, to contact you about Convert Peak's services. See the Privacy Policy linked on the form.
